Michael, who got the team together, is a YMCA-certified personal trainer who combines an incredible range of approaches. An ex-police officer and care assistant , he knows when to be tough and when to be kind. Although a bit of an outdoors boy who enjoys everything from mountain-biking to surfing, he is also specialized in core-training, Swiss-ball, weight-training, GP referral, spinning and boxing to name but a few. He is as happy collecting clients at their house to go running in the park as encouraging a stay-at-home mother working through tough Swiss-ball crunches.

Sam is a London girl with 12 years experience in fitness training . With a Masters in sports psychology, this marathon runner specializes in aerobics, weight-training and boxing. Having battled with her own weight for most of her life , she is a particularly approachable and friendly trainer. She’s trained actresses, lords and ladies and pop stars. But this down-to-earth girl is most proud of having gotten a beginner at running to complete the London marathon in five and a half hours.

Miriam, as a qualified nutritional therapist (Bsc, BANT), strongly believes that improving the quality of a person’s nutrition makes a profound difference to their life. But she also understands that making the appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes can be a challenging and complex process.
Through her client-centred, holistic approach she works directly to meet the individual needs and goals of her clients. Using scientific knowledge and research-based evidence as the foundation of her practice, she produces comprehensive and easy to follow personalised nutritional programmes, which are tasty and enjoyable.

Tiffany Pritchard
Trainer
Tiffany Pritchard is a Pilates Foundation member from London's top rated contemporary dance studio, The Place. Knowledge and experience includes postural analysis, overall body alignment, injury prevention and rehabilitation and a knowledge of both classical and evolved pilates repertoire (includes use of swiss and chi balls, foam roller, thera-bands, magic circle and free weights).
Born in the United States, Tiffany’s background is sports-based which includes competitive gymnastics and diving, Summer League and Masters Club swimming, cycling and 5k/10k runs and marathons.
Specific training in Pilates began through rehabilitation treatment and intensive exercise programmes with renowned sports physios in Los Angeles, and has continued in London at Tri-Yoga, Royal Free Hospital and various sports gyms including Bannatynes in the City and Seymour Leisure Centre in Marylebone.
